Children make moon cakes (yuè bing 月饼) to celebrate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival (Zhōngqiū jié 中秋节) in Beihai Kindergarten in Weifang, east China’s Shandong Province, Sept. 7, 2011. Chinese people have the tradition to eat moon cakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on Sept. 12 this year.
